The Auto-Lock Force Wheel enables quick optimization of any new or changed process by combining one-minute modifications with more available adjustments than old-style weights. For customers who run multiple materials through Separators, Auto-Lock Force Wheels allow quick resetting of the vibration for each process.We field research has found that machines

with bolt-on weight plate adjustments tend not to be adjusted after startup. So, rather than struggle with inefficient vibration on your Separator,optimize the efficiency of your machines with the Auto-Lock Force Wheel.

The pre-tension screen is a breakthroughs in screen technology. This technology ensure every screen are strictly tested with tension,adhesive,and polished before leaving factory . It has a good physical and chemical durability characteristics,corrosive material, steam cleaning cannot affect the screen has proper working performance due to a high resistance of rigorous environment. Significantly reducing the adnormal condition of screen replacement process due to human error, and reduce maintenance time, The Pre-tension screen has greater processing capacity and longer screen life compare with other same size screen because of the higher screen mesh tension.

   Auto-Clean Screens aid in screen cleaning and efficiencies. The Auto-Clean design is comprised of a working mesh on top of the tension ring with a coarser mesh (support screen) attached to the bottom of the ring with sliders and/or balls placed between the meshes. The sliders and balls will bounce off of the support screen and tap your top screen dislodging near size particles or fibers that tend to blind the screen and reduce screening area. The support screen provides more vertical action (bounce) for the sliders compared to a perforated plate that is typically used in self cleaning kits. This enhanced cleaning action is also a result of the cleaning devices (sliders and/or balls) being closer to your working mesh versus self cleaning kits and ball tray assemblies. This is possible with the more consistent tolerances in fit compared to a perforated plate.

     Since Auto-Clean Screens can be equipped with a quick change center, it is very maintenance friendly. No longer is it required to use a center tie down assembly to fasten the screen in place. Instead the screen is placedon a pedestal and can be installed and removed with ease. The Auto-Clean Screen is like a cartridge that can be easily placed in and out of the separator unit.
