Zinc ingot melting and casting induction furnace

This item is applies for pure zinc ingot melting and casting into four rods at a time continously with a polish surface.

The machine consists of furnace body, crystallizer, traction organization ,electric control system .with 4 rods (12mm) cast out at a time The max heater power of this Electricity-run Melting & Casting Furnace is 50KW. And it is three-phase Y type connection. 3 groups of electric resistance wire with each group the maximum voltage 220V, and power be 16KW.

We adopt four rods horizontal casting to lessen the possibility of damaged caused and time wasted. The zinc dross inside the furnace should be cleared every 12hrs during the operation to keep the purity of the zinc liquid. The bigger the furnace is .the more dross it caused without timely cleaning. it would effect the purity either the wire surface.

Seller provide free maintenance for damaged part(Consumable parts indicated in the instruction manuals not included) for free for one year since date of machine arrive in buyer's factory(Consumable parts, improper maintenance & man-made damage not include),During the maintenance period, the cost of labor and spare part in seller's side will be borne by seller .the to-fro ticket and accommodation will be borne by Buyer.
